眾生平等有望 :: all are equal

A Japanese company which produces animal medicine offers its employees a monthly 'pet allowance' of 1000 Yen, and also considers making paid 'condolence holiday' available when the animals die. Now this is what I call 'inter-species equality'. Cool. 【source: BBC / HT: blogdog

日本專門出產動物藥物的共立製藥株式會社,給員工發放每月一千日圓 「寵物津貼」,還打算稍後設立 「寵物去世假期」,讓員工處理動物的後事。

他們相信,照顧家中動物就跟照顧任何其他家庭成員一樣,是終生責任。

錢有限,卻是很重要的象徵,而且跟公司的core business呼應。好野。

很多公司,連給人類孩子的額外津貼都不願意設立啊。
